The Genis Lab project is based on a strong commitment of people in key positions with human resources management responsabilities, they’ve agreed to participate to a mutual learning and training programme in order to promote top down actions on gender mainstreaming.

A top-down action is expected to:

  • Change the existing recruitment, promotion and retention policies  Ensure the implementation of new policies
  • Impulse structural changes
  • Develop a mindful and careful leadership sensitive to the gender needs and interest of  both men and women on the organization’s staff.
  • Provide positive role models to younger people
